He developed a Clean Technology Program for the Thailand Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment. He chaired the session on Clean Technology and Investment at the 2005 UN Summit on Sustainable Finance at UN HQ in New York City. Director and lead author of the Tacoma Narrows Tidal Power Feasibility Study for the City of Tacoma, Washington.
